2020 Addendum
- We are governed by a few rules that insure the bucolic and peaceful nature of our community.
- All farms are for residential, equestrian and agricultuiral farm use.
- Equestrian activities are encouraged. (More than 2 public activities per month require approval by HOA)
- Pets are encouraged
- Maximum of one horse per each 2 acres, with a maximum of 15 horses
- Interior roads are private. Golf carts are OK. Speed limit is 30 mph (10 mph on gravel road)
- Nature and riding trails are maintained by the HOA
- Minimum lot area is 11 acres
- New primary dwelling size must be a minimum of 2,400 heated square feet. No mobile or residence trailers.
- We have an active Architectural Review Board
- Unslightly objects are to be concealed from neighbors
- No hunting
- No "noxious or offensive or inappropriate activity"
- All utilities are underground
- High-speed Internet is available
